1. General information

Below are listed the conditions under which the company Wood Profit allows the use of the portal www.woodprofit.com, named site. This is a business portal dedicated to the companies which operate on the wood and wood products market. The site offers its services to a group of clients, following named members. These can be legal persons which operate on the wood market as sellers, buyers or agents and who promote their products, services or image with respect of the necessary conditions and stages in order to register to this site. Any offer, request or co-operation proposal which the members will introduce in the fields special created for this purpose (Tradeboard) will be called record.

2. The obligations of the parties

2.1. The obligations of the members:

The use of the information of this site without the consent of the Wood Profit is prohibited;
In the Offers section is prohibited the use of any information which can lead to the identification of the person who made the record (address, phone, fax, e-mail, web). The members have to fill in only the fields which request this. Otherwise Wood Profit reserves the right to erase that record;
The members have the obligation not to post records (in the Offers section) written with capital letters;
Is not allowed to place records which refer to the competing sites. Those members will lose all their rights without any previous notification.
The members are responsible of the correctness of the recordings. Also, the members are civil and criminal responsible for their own actions as well as for the consequences that can occur, following the publication of the recordings and informative materials on the site;
The members have to fill in only the fields which request that clearly. If they do not fill in the fields assigned for records, the records will be shown on the site only with the supplied information;
The members have to bring up to date the contact information as soon as they modified;
The members have to post recordings in the Offers section only in English or Roumanian;
The members have to keep the secret of the log in name and password; they assume the whole responsibility regarding their use.

2.2. The obligations of Wood Profit (since the visitors become members)

Will solve as soon as possible the claims of the members regarding the non-observance of the contract obligations;
Will ensure the members the possibility to post records in the Offers section according to the selected account type. Each member can add the records, anytime, during the validity period of this agreement or up to the maximum number of records;
Will ensure the members the possibility to choose the username and the password in order to access the site and it will keep secret that information;
Will ensure services in order to help the members to fill in the fields, to navigate inside the site and for the payments of the members who request this.
Any problem that can make difficult the co-operation between Wood Profit and its members must be notified in order to be solved as soon as possible.

3. Site access

Wood Profit offers its members different services on the basis of three types of accounts: Free, Basic and Premium. These accounts are shown in detail under the Accounts page. The access on the site as a member and the use of the services placed at disposal by Wood Profit are the subject of the “Terms & conditions”. The site is open to all the visitors but only the members have access to the information.

4. Confidentiality

Wood Profit will keep secret with maximum care any information which the members post on the site and will use it only for marketing purposes. Wood Profit is not responsible for any damage which occurs for the members as a result of the confidentiality regarding the use of this site.

5. Responsibility

Wood Profit is not responsible for the damages that members can produce one to another during the use of this service through incorrect information, ill-meaning actions, misuse of the site services, etc.
Wood Profit does not give any guarantee that the service will fulfill all your requests: the service will be delivered continuously, in due time, safe and without errors; any program error will be rectified; the service or the server which offers it to the members contains no viruses or any other components which could harm your equipment.
The members take the whole civil and criminal responsibility for the published or submitted information and also for the consequences which could occur as a result of these activities.
Wood Profit takes no responsibility in case of impossibility to comply with the obligation foreseen under these terms, as a result of any cause which are not under its control, including, but not limited to accidents, weather conditions, action or non-action of the government or other competent authorities whereof Wood Profit is not responsible.

6. The validity of the account

The co-operation is valid during the period mentioned under the accounts page and begins with the day when the money goes into the bank account or the payment is proved (copy sent to us by fax). If the members want to extend the validity of the account, they have to send a notice at least 15 days before the end of the validity period. In order to upgrade the account, the member can only send an e-mail.

7. Final dispositions

Wood Profit can modify unilateral these conditions on certain periods of time, without the obligation of prior notification of the users of the services. The members will be informed about the changes, by publishing on the site or by newsletter. The changes will be considered accepted by the members after the notification. If the members are not agreeing with the new terms they have to stop immediately the use of the services offered by Wood Profit.
