My name is George ENE and i am from Bucharest, Romania and i want to sell a woodfactory. Please find above some additional informations. - the sawmill (gater in romanian language) is in activity, is german fabrication (Bayer-Esterel), automatic, engine 30 kw, 12 cuters, diameter 80 cm, capacity 5 cubic metres / hour, it has his own shelter, isproperly instaled. We saw spruce and rarely beech because we dont have a drying instalation. There are 10 workers (in the region the man power is very cheap). Please excuse me but i dont know the word in english for machineries but i will give it a try and i hope you understand: abricht with bulk, one for oscillate (pendula in romanian). gin (for dragging the saw log). - The land is 12200 m2 is in a beautiful mountain area near Sinaia (30 km), 100 km from Bucharest, it has storage buildings and an old house on it, his own power source 80kw, water (deep weel), cable tv. The land price in the area is 17-19 euros/ m2. My price for sell all is 20 Euros. I will gladly respond to any question you have in the future. |
